YOGA

Yoga is a practice that has been around for thousands of years and is known for its ability to improve physical and mental health. In elementary schools, yoga can be used as a tool to help children develop self-
awareness, focus, and relaxation techniques. By practicing yoga, children can learn how to manage stress and anxiety, improve their flexibility, and balance, and develop a greater sense of mindfulness.

AGRISCIENCE

Agriscience is the study of agriculture and its related fields such as animal science, plant science, and soil science. In elementary schools, agriscience can be used to teach students about the importance of
agriculture in our daily lives. Students can learn about topics such as food production, sustainability, and
environmental conservation through hands-on activities such as gardening or raising animals.

Physical education (PE) is an important part of elementary school curriculum as it helps students develop
physical fitness and healthy habits. Through PE classes, students can learn about different sports and physical
activities such as basketball, soccer, running, or yoga. PE also teaches students about teamwork, sportsmanship,

In our elementary Spanish classes, students begin to learn about the Spanish language and culture. Through interactive lessons, engaging activities, and playful conversations, they develop basic language skills such as speaking, listening, reading, and writing.  Students gain an appreciation for diversity and a global perspective while building a strong foundation for further language learning.
