WISH LISTS
DIGITAL ATHLETIC CLEARANCE
Please be sure to follow these steps to complete your registration and ensure that your student is registered for athletic participation:

Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family)

You may create your account by clicking here.

Activate your Arbiter Registration account from the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder).

If you are having trouble creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging in, you may contact support at registration@arbitersports.com or call us at 800-311-4060.

Once you have successfully created your account and are logged in, please click or scan the QR code to complete your registration.
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification to let you know we have received your registration. Students MUST be registered and cleared to be eligible for participation.

TRAFFIC INFORMATION
Grades K–1
Green Car Tag
ARRIVAL
Time: 7:40–8:25 a.m.
Route & Location: Take E. Halifax Ave to Ridge Rd.
Stay in the LEFT lane on Ridge Road until you have passed the Gym and then turn right to enter at the Cafeteria. Follow Staff Instructions. Pull all the way forward. Drop off in front of the Cafeteria/Office.
DISMISSAL
Time: 3:20 p.m. (If you have multiple students, arrive at the youngest student's pick up time).
Route & Location: Take E. Halifax Ave to Ridge Rd.
Stay in the LEFT lane on Ridge Road until you have passed the Gym and then turn right to enter at the Cafeteria. Follow Staff Instructions. Pull all the way forward.
Location:
Front of the last (White) building.
Lane:
• Right (inside) lane: K–1 only.
• Left (outside) lane: K–1 plus Grades 2–6 sibling.
Multiple Students:
If you have children in multiple K–6 grades, arrive at your youngest child's dismissal time and pick up at the K-1 location. If you also have a 7–12 student, pick up K–6 first, then loop back for 7-12
Grades 2–6
Royal Blue Car Tag
ARRIVAL
Time:
• Grades 2–5: 7:40–8:25 a.m.
• Grade 6: 7:40–8:15 a.m.
Route & Location: Take E. Halifax Ave to Ridge Rd. Stay in the LEFT lane on Ridge Road until you have passed the Gym and then turn right to enter at the Cafeteria. Follow Staff Instructions. Pull all the way forward. Drop off in front of the Cafeteria/Office.
DISMISSAL
Times (if you have multiple students, arrive at the youngest student's pick up time):
• Grades 2 - 3: 3:30 p.m.
• Grades 4 - 5: 3:35 p.m.
• Grade 6: 3:40 p.m.
Route & Location: Take Lagoon and make a right on Gaines, a right on Halifax Ave and a left on Ridge Rd. Stay in the LEFT lane on Ridge Road until you have passed the Gym and enter at the Cafeteria. Follow Staff Instructions. Pull all the way forward.
Location: Front of the Cafeteria/Office.
Multiple Students? Arrive at your youngest K–6 child's dismissal time. If you also have a 7–12 student, pick up K–6 first, then loop back for 7-12.
Grades 7–8
Light Blue Car Tag
ARRIVAL
Time: Beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Route:
Take E. Halifax Ave. to Ridge Rd. Stay in the RIGHT lane at Ridge Road. Follow Staff instructions.
Location:
Front of the High School/Gym.
DISMISSAL
Time: 3:40 p.m.
Route: Take E. Halifax then make a right onto Ridge Rd. Stay in the RIGHT lane at Ridge Road. Follow Staff instructions. Location:
Front of the Gym.
Lanes:
• 7th Grade: Inside lane.
• 8th Grade: Outside lane.
Have Students in K-6?
Pick up K–6 students first, then loop around for 7-12.
Grades 9–12
Grey Car Tag
ARRIVAL
Time: Beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Route:
Take E. Halifax Ave. to Ridge Rd. Stay in the RIGHT lane at Ridge Road. Follow Staff instructions.
Location:
Front of the High School/Gym.
DISMISSAL
Time: 3:45 p.m.
Route: Take E. Halifax then make a right onto Ridge Rd. Stay in the RIGHT lane at Ridge Road. Follow Staff instructions. Location: Between the Gym and High School. Form two lanes as directed.
Have Students in K-6?
Pick up K–6 students first, then loop around for 7–12.
