A Night to Remember: Wranglers Ball 2025

This year’s Wranglers Ball was truly a night to remember! With over 450 guests in attendance, the evening was filled with laughter, excitement, and a powerful sense of community, all coming together to support our incredible school. From the very first step through the doors, guests were transported into a country-chic celebration that filled the room with rustic charm.

A Grand Country Welcome

The moment guests arrived, they were greeted by an inviting country entrance, beautifully lined with sponsor banners, rustic barrels, and catus that set the tone for the evening. The warm glow of uplights and the soft twang of country tunes guided attendees under a cut country archway, instantly evoking the spirit of the West. It was the perfect prelude to an unforgettable night ahead.

As guests stepped through the archway, the space opened into a breathtaking scene. Straight ahead, a long table overflowed with wonderful gift baskets and silent auction treasures, each one more enticing than the last. From teacher-led experiences to dream vacations, guests could sense the excitement of friendly bidding in the air.

To the right, the lively sounds of the casino tables filled the room where poker faces were tested, dice rolled, and laughter echoed throughout the night. To the left, the rich aroma of dinner and the sounds of live music drew guests deeper into the celebration.

Dinner, Dancing, and Delight

Ravish Catering delivered an unforgettable meal that had guests raving long after the last plate was cleared. From tender chicken to decadent macaroni and cheese, every bite added to the spirit of the evening.

Then the lights dimmed, the band struck their first chords, and the dance floor came alive. The Experience delivered nonstop energy, keeping guests dancing, singing, and celebrating together well into the night. Whether two-stepping, line dancing, or just letting loose, it was a true celebration of our school community.

Fun Around Every Corner

Everywhere you turned, there was another reason to smile. Guests could:

• 🎲 Try their luck at the casino tables — with the top players earning prizes and bragging rights until next year.

• 🎟️ Join the excitement of the 50/50 raffle, adding a thrill to the evening’s festivities.

• 🔥 Relax under the stars in the outdoor lounge area, complete with cozy Adirondack chairs and a glowing fire pit courtesy of Beach Front Bellhop — the perfect spot for cornhole, frisbee golf, and laughter with friends old and new.

• And so much more!

A Record-Breaking Success

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community and the remarkable support of Eagle Eye Dental, our Platinum Pioneer sponsor, and Victorian Dental, our Gold Star sponsor, who were instrumental in making this event possible.

Not to mention Orest Krajnk with Precision Eyecare, after already stepping up as an event sponsor, Orest went above and beyond once again, generously donating additional funds when we were close to our goal to ensure we reached it. His heartfelt contribution sparked a wave of excitement and celebration, leading to an astounding final total of $126,398 raised, making it our most successful Wranglers Ball to date!

Every dollar will go directly back to our school, funding initiatives such as the Literacy Lab, IT upgrades, the Trade Program, and other projects that enhance the educational experience for every student.
