Annual Color Bash / House Celebration 2026

What a way to close out an incredible school year! Last week’s Annual Color Bash / House Celebration was filled with nonstop smiles, laughter, music, teamwork, and just the right amount of friendly competition. From water slide races and relay challenges to exciting new stations and an intense tug-of-war competition for our 3rd–6th grade students, the energy all day long was absolutely unforgettable!
Our students showed what our House system is truly about community, camaraderie, perseverance, leadership, and working together as a team. Throughout the day, students encouraged one another, celebrated victories together, and showed tremendous sportsmanship in every event. Color Bash is always more than just a field day; it is a celebration of the relationships and culture that make our school community so special.
Students rotated through two water slide stations, relay races, and several new activity stations that quickly became student favorites. One of the most popular additions this year was the newly built Gaga Ball pit, constructed by our TRADE students. It was incredible to see students enjoying something that was designed and built by their peers, and has quickly became one of the busiest and most talked-about areas on campus.
The tug-of-war competition for our 3rd–6th grade students brought excitement and cheers from everyone watching as teams battled it out with determination and House pride. With music playing throughout the day and Houses proudly competing for every point, the atmosphere was full of excitement from beginning to end.
After an amazing year of House competition, the final standings for the 2026 House Championship were announced:
🏅 4th Place — Sollevare with 39,364 points
🥉 3rd Place — Onraka with 41,415 points
🥈 2nd Place — Reveur with 42,598 points
🏆 1st Place House Champions — Altruismo with 44,510 points!
Congratulations to all four Houses for an incredible year of effort, teamwork, and House spirit!
A huge thank you goes out to all of the volunteers and families who helped throughout the day. Events like this simply would not be possible without the support of our amazing school community. Your time, energy, and willingness to help create memorable experiences for our students mean more than words can express.
We would also like to give a special thank you to the Brady family for allowing us to use their side-by-side vehicle throughout the event. It became a huge help in keeping water stations filled throughout the day and also made possible the occasional surprise drive-by water gun attacks from Coach Carrignan, Coach G, and Ms. Desimini, which quickly became one of the best moments of the day!
Color Bash continues to be a favorite tradition among students, faculty, and families because it captures everything that makes our school special: community, connection, teamwork, encouragement, and school spirit. It is always the perfect way to celebrate the end of another successful school year together.
