The public is given the opportunity to comment at the beginning of each meeting on items on the agenda prior to discussion by the Board and on non-agenda items. The Board requires visitors to state their full name. Groups are asked to appoint one spokesperson. A (3) minute time limit per speaker will be imposed.  Public participation will be limited to a total of 15 minutes. Public participation during agenda items is not permitted.
