1. Call to Order:

Meeting was called to order at 6:01 with all members present, with the exception of Jeff Landers.

i Confirmed board members Ms. Reiker 2-hour governance refresher course.

ii Confirmed meeting dates for 2022-2023 school year – 4th Tuesday of the month

iii Board voted to continue to have 9 board members – First by Albert Amalfitano, Seconded by Jeff Davidson.

iv Reorganization of the Board:

‘The following have been voted in as new officers.

✓ Chairman – Albert Amalfitano - unanimous

✓ Vice Chair –Deb Denys (Denys, Glugover, Davidson, Reiker)

✓ Dr. Thayer (Amalfitano and Thayer) Jeff Landers

✓ Secretary – Judy Reiker unanimous Jeff Landers

✓ Treasurer – Jeff Davidson Judy Reiker

7. Principals Report:

School Grades and Scores presentation by Dr. McGee.

8. Treasurer's Report:

By Judy Reiker and approved unanimously.

9. Committees:

1 Building- Mr. Landers -absent

2 Docs- Chair appointed Judy Reiker

3 Grants/Fundraising- Mr. Amalfitano - Hootenanny Discussion

4 Grievance- Mr. Glugover - None

5 Health/Wellness- Dr. Thayer -Meeting to take place in August

6 Safety -Mr. Davidson - no report

7 Sports- Mr. Glugover - discussed upcoming sport teams
