ARRIVAL PROCEDURES

If more than one child, come at YOUNGEST child’s arrival time.

Remember that Ridge Road is one way on school days from 7:00am -8:30am & 1:30pm-4:30pm.

Enter Ridge Rd and then front of school (cafeteria/office area).

Grades K-6 can be dropped off as early as 7am and the school day starts at 8am. They will be dropped off in front of the cafeteria each morning.

Enter Ridge Rd and then in front of High School

​

Grades 7 – 12 can be dropped off as early as 7:15am and the school day starts at 8:20am. They will be dropped off in front of the High School each morning. If students arrive before 7:45 they will report to the gymnasium. If students arrive any earlier, they will report to the cafeteria.

 

 

 

DISMISSAL PROCEDURES

Please ONLY come at your designated time. You will not be able to sit in driveways unless you are the first group to dismiss.

More than one child: come at OLDEST child’s dismissal time but your YOUNGEST child’s color zone.

​

No early pickup after 3:00.

​

Bus riders will be dismissed when the bus arrives. (3:15-3:40)

 

Grades 2-6th

Royal Blue car tag please enter on Lagoon Ave and turn right on N. Gaines Street turn right on Halifax then left on Ridge Rd staying in the left lane until you are past the gym entrance and then pull in front of school (Cafeteria /Office area). Stay in your cars. Do not block any driveways.

Royal Blue tags (2nd- 3rd Grade) 3:20

Royal Blue tags (4th, 5th, 6th Grade) 3:30

 

Grade K-1 and 7-12 grades

Turn left on Halifax and right on Ridge Rd and stay in the right lane.  K -1 will be directed to the front of the gym. 7-12 will be directed to front of the High School

Stay in your car, students will be brought to you.

3:20 – K-1 parents (Green Car tags) will pull to the North side of the gym

3:35 – 7th grade parents (Light Blue car tags) will pull down the left-hand lane in front of the High School.

3:35 – High School parents (Grey car tags) will pull down the right-hand lane in front of the High School.

 

Please obey speed limit and be respectful of our Oak Hill Community.

If we all work together it will be a quick and safe entrance and exit. Come at your time, please 😊
