Burns Science & Technology Charter School is an A-rated, tuition-free, nonprofit K-12 public charter school with a concentration in EiSTEAM and project-based learning.
ATHLETICS
Burns Sci-Tech offers a comprehensive athletics program that is specifically designed to develop well-rounded student athletes. Our sports program caters to students at all levels. We offer competitive and recreational sports for elementary, middle, and high school students.
ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITY
Elementary: A student-athlete must be in good academic standing and have minimal disciplinary issues to participate in athletics.
Middle School: A student-athlete must have a minimum 2.0 GPA, no F’s in core classes, and minimal disciplinary issues to participate in athletics.
High School: A student-athlete must have a minimum 2.0 GPA, no F’s in core classes, and minimal disciplinary issues to participate in athletics.
FORMS

To participate in middle or high school all-star teams a student must have a completed physical and consent form turned in each new school year. Please turn these directly into the Burns Sci-Tech Athletics office.

PAY TO PLAY
Is required to compete in any all-star or competitive middle/high school travel team. A per-student payment of $75.00 is required for the first sport and an additional $25.00 will be required for participation in other sports. The Pay-to-Participate total will not exceed $100.00 per student.
*Elementary, Middle, and High School co-ed recreational sports fall under the category of “clubs”. Each co-ed sport will cost $50.00
